Joseph Opio Nominated for Most Promising Founder of the year Award

Joseph Opio is a climate change activist, animal production scientist and a banker. He is the founder and CEO of CLIMACT AFRICA LTD. He was nominated for the Most Promising Founder of the Year Award Under 30 category at the @foyaglobal Awards 2024.

He believes that children are uniquely vulnerable to the effects of climate change which impacts their health and general well-being. He believes that it is important to educate and empower communities especially young people about the environment.
